The Outcome

Focused marketing to channels where customers are most prevalent, and channels proven in historical data that show ROI. Increased focus on social engagement and removing obstacles to apply online.

SEM: Through data analysis, we focused efforts to channels that showed the highest conversion opportunities with the Chacon Autos target audience: PPC, Display, and Performance Max.

Paid Social: Most Chacon Autos customers make a purchase decision within 4 days. We targeted potential customers with retargeting ads, as well as inventory carousels and standard feed ads.

Organic Social Media: Created content monthly and managed daily channel engagement. Social messaging is a primary quick Q&A source for customers, so a dedicated team was implemented to take over comms from the busy internal sales team.

Online Reputation Management: With around 80% of customers visiting the website through mobile, finding the location nearest them and examining reviews, optimizing their presence on Google Business Profile and Facebook was paramount in driving door swings. We worked with the dealership team to curate customer content and consistently request customer reviews.

In-store Signage and Sales Team Enablement Tactics: Created tabletop stickers and signage to encourage customers to connect with Chacon Autos online and continue the customer relationship. Designed posters to lower the barrier for customers to get quick financing answers and dealership information.

Partnership Marketing: Designed customer perks take-away cards and in-store posters to share customer benefit partnership access.
